Health Hand® is committed to delivering authentic health and wellness products across India in a safe, timely, and transparent manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms governing order processing, dispatch, and delivery.

Exchange or Return of Goods

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

1. Opened or Used Products

  • Any health supplements, Ayurvedic formulations, or nutraceuticals that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

  • Products with broken safety seals or tampered packaging.

2. Personal Care & Hygiene Products

  • Items such as oils, creams, powders, capsules, or ingestible products once opened.

  • Products that come into direct contact with the body.

3. Temperature-Sensitive Products

  • Items requiring controlled storage conditions once dispatched and delivered.

4. Promotional / Clearance Items

  • Products purchased during special sale offers, clearance sales, or limited-time promotional campaigns (unless received damaged or defective).

5. Products Without Proof of Purchase

  • Items returned without an invoice, order ID, or valid proof of purchase.

6. Products Reported After the Allowed Timeframe

    • Any product for which a complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.


Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders can be cancelled without any charge before dispatch.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Customers may refuse delivery; however, return shipping charges may be deducted where applicable.

Health Hand® reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Pricing or technical errors

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligible Reasons for Return

A return request may be approved if:

  • The product received is damaged in transit

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item is incomplete or missing components

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@healthhand.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

2.2 Conditions for Return Approval

  • Product must be unused and unopened

  • Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact

  • Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

  • All accessories and inserts must be included

Health Hand® reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds or exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used health supplements

  • Unsealed personal care or hygiene products

  • Products with broken tamper-evident seals

  • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery

This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, product integrity, and regulatory compliance

4. Exchange Policy

If a return request is approved:

  • A replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days (subject to stock availability).

  • If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable. In non-serviceable areas, customers may self-ship the product; courier charges may be reimbursed upon approval.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection and approval.

  • The timeline may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

5.2 Mode of Refund

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method.

  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer to the customer’s registered bank account.

Shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Health Hand®.

6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Health Hand® shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailability

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
